What is the delivery time?

The estimated average delivery times are:

  • Footwear: 10 to 12 business days;
  • Apparel: 12 to 15 business days.

During periods of higher logistical activity, promotional campaigns, or customs processes, the delivery time may be extended by 2 to 5 business days.

How can I track my order?

After payment confirmation, the tracking code is sent within 24 to 72 business hours to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Why does tracking take so long to update?

Our products are shipped directly from our international stock located in Canada.

As this is an international shipment, tracking updates may only appear once the order enters the final destination country.

Are the products good quality?

Yes. We work with premium quality products and carefully selected international suppliers.

Can I exchange the product?

We only accept exchanges in cases of:

  • damaged product;
  • incorrect colour;
  • incorrect size;
  • incorrect model sent.

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer refunds?

After reviewing the situation, Tubarão Imports may offer:

  • product reshipment;
    or
  • store credit.

Each case is analysed individually by our support team.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping throughout Europe.

For Portugal, we only ship to mainland Portugal.
